KAIZEN was formed in November 2002 due to the sad fall of v|3 veni vidi vici. The word KAIZEN is taken from the Japanese language and means continuous improvement. Continuous improvement is something we always strive for in this clan but also never losing site we are here for fun and enjoyment. We show respect for each and other clans alike and try to conduct ourselves in a manor which we are proud of. To be a member of KAIZEN you need to poses three qualities maturity, team play and a good overall skill level.
The clan itself has members all over Europe from countries such as Holland, Britain and Germany and even one member from the USA. Most of the team have been together for over eight months and enjoyed good success over that period. We aim to continue that success and enjoyment whilst looking to become bigger and stronger in the world of RTCW.
